These private school fees have been collected by Palliser on behalf of CISS.

Please ensure that all areas of this form are completed in order to be considered for enrollment in an ECS program at the Calgary Islamic School. Any missing information will delay the ability to process your application and could result in your application being rejected.


The application fee of $50.00 is non-refundable. Successful applicants will be selected to attend an in-person assessment and required to pay a non-refundable assessment fee of $100.00, which will be paid prior to the day of the assessment.

Successful applicants will be notified by the CIS Admissions Committee upon evaluation of all documentation and the results of the assessment. Upon written confirmation of acceptance, parents will be provided with next steps in the registration process.
